IN THE MONTHS OF JANUARY AND FEBRUARY THE FARMHOUSE IS OPEN FOR LUNCH ON RESERVATION AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE!
Since July 2015 Naturalys has also been an Agriturismo; We think that picking the fruits of our plants and vegetables from the garden and cooking them in a simple and tasty way is a good way to offer you pleasant moments to spend in our lawn, while the children play in the little house equipped with games for all ages. In the event of bad weather or in the cold season, we have a small and welcoming room.
During the summer, guests will find an outdoor educational trail for curious children and adults!
On our menu you will find a platter of cheeses and cold cuts from selected local farms paired with our jams, preserves, vegetables in oil and honey accompanied by our now legendary focaccinas, vegetable sauces, soups, omelettes, pancakes, vegetables au gratin, grilled and in salads depending on the season. As can be understood from the repetition of the word ‘vegetables’, our cuisine is mainly, but not entirely, vegetarian. Reservations are required as, to ensure maximum freshness, we prepare everything at the moment, even the bread.
SNACK
In summer, every day, you will find a choice of two/three freshly made desserts, such as raspberry parfait, yogurt with fresh fruit, strawberry mousse or blueberry tart. In our desserts, freshly picked berries and/or our excellent honey are always present!
To accompany the dishes you will find our fruit nectars, Aosta Valley craft beers or local wine.
